LifeGuides Opportunity Highlights:

1. 2022 added about $1.5M of contracted ARR to reach about $1.75M total. Total Contracted Value of ARR added in 2022 exceeded $6M (due to multi-year firm contract commitments). In 2023, the “base plan” will add $6.9M of contracted ARR with the “growth plan” adding about $10M.

2. 70% Gross Margins. 6.0+ LTV:CAC ratio – due to multi-year contracting and low CAC strategic partner distribution. Use of Proceeds is mostly scaling ARR.

3. Easy to diligence sales pipeline, which has grown from $5.1M of “Hot List”, four months ago, to $14M today. There currently is no competitive offering in the B2B market, there are large barriers to “real” competition and significant “Network Effects” at scale.

5. LifeGuides has recently raised its monthly pricing by 50%, with no pushback from the market. Adjacent to this pricing change, LifeGuides has been building out a reseller network, which provides the reseller annual (recurring) commissions of around 35%, yet maintains gross margins at 70%.

6. The culture, mission-alignment and proven entrepreneurial skills of the team is exceptional.

8. The recent merger with InsightCenter added its 50,000+ highly curated pieces of wisdom content – sorted by topic, teachers, themes, and identities. This is a magical combination with the Guides (targeted “Life Experience On-Demand”) embedded with best-of-class personal transformation content.

9. LifeGuides will use $3-4M to achieve profitability in 20-24 months. The current financing is a Series A extension focused on family offices and smaller funds, yet the company is open to a Series B of $4-8M.
